This recipe is so easy. You will want to make these all the time. They were a big hit at my hubby's work. Enjoy!!
1 roll (16.5 oz) refrigerated choc. chip cookie dough
24 mini chocolate creme-filled sandwich cookies
- Heat oven to 350°F.
- Shape dough into twenty-four 1-inch balls. Flatten 1 cookie dough ball slightly and shape around 1 chocolate sandwich cookie, covering completely. Place stuffed cookies 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheet. Repeat with remaining dough and cookies.
- Bake 9 to 12 minutes or until golden brown. Cool 1 minute; remove from cookie sheet to cooling rack.
