Cracker Candy


My daughter brought this recipe home from her after care program at school last year.  It quickly became one of our favorites.

Keebler Club crackers
creamy peanut butter
vanilla almond bark
sprinkles
waxed paper

Spread a layer of peanut butter between two crackers.  Dip each side, top, and then bottom of sandwiched crackers in almond bark.  Place on waxed paper and top with sprinkles.  After the bark has set up, store in air tight container (or in fridge if you like them cold).
