This dip is a twist on a dish that I had at a friend's party last year. If you love guacamole, and you love cucumbers....you will definitely love this mix! It is a fresh twist on a great Mexican favorite.
Ingredients:
3 avocados
1 lime
1 cucumber, diced small
½ onion (white or red), diced small
2 Tbsp. jalapenos, chopped
¼ c. fresh dill, chopped
1 tsp. salt
½ tsp. garlic powder
Directions:
1. Peel avocados, remove seed, and scoop flesh into a medium
bowl.
2. Squeeze juice from the lime over the avocados. Mash together.
3. Add avocado mixture and all other ingredients to food
processor.
4. Pulse until thoroughly mixed.
5. Serve with your favorite chips.

Thanks ~ Nichi
