Caramel Apple Dip

This post is sponsored in conjunction with #BacktoSchoolTreats week.  I received product samples from sponsor companies to aid in the creation of #BacktoSchoolTreats recipes.  All opinions are mine alone.

This week I have teamed up with 29 other bloggers to participate in #BacktoSchoolTreats week.  We are showcasing recipes throughout the week and participating in a fantastic GIVEAWAY from our terrific sponsors.  Enter at the bottom of this post, or go to THIS LINK to read all about the giveaway!

My first contribution is this delicious and easy Caramel Apple Dip.  This is perfect for an after school snack!  Topped with caramel sauce from Torani, it is delicious and easy.  Torani syrups are also great to add to coffee, smoothies, tea, and more.  Add your favorite flavor for a sweet treat! #Torani

1 (8 oz.) block cream cheese, softened
3/4 c. brown sugar
caramel sauce (I used Torani's caramel sauce)
mini chocolate chips

  1. Mix together cream cheese and brown sugar with a mixer until sugar dissolves.
  2. Spread onto a small serving tray or bowl.
  3. Top with caramel sauce.
  4. Sprinkle with mini chocolate chips.
  5. Serve with sliced apples.
